THE ROLE
We are currently have Perm opportunities for a number of Packers to join our team to help support our growing business. You will be packing product off a number of high-speed machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment as well as ensuring regular visual quality checks are undertaken.
Working as part of a larger team you will also be labelling product, clearing jams and loading reels, whilst ensuring Health & Safety standards.
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor this role with involve working a 4 on/4 off shift pattern (2 days 6am to 6pm/2 nights 6pm to 6am).
The hourly rate for this role is £10.63. A training rate of £10.42 per hour will apply until training is completed, training averages between 2-3 weeks. After your training is completed you will be uplifted to £10.63 per hour.
Experience of working in a manufacturing environment is preferable, ideally within a faced paced environment in a Packing capacity.
You must be available to start immediately. Adequate employment references and relevant Right to Work documentation must be provided prior to commencement of employment.
