As the Director of Technical Program Management, you will collaborate closely with business and technology product owners to shape program strategies, define roadmaps, and ensure the successful execution of projects. Your expertise in data science, data integration, data warehousing, AI, and ML will be instrumental in delivering scalable, secure, reliable, and efficient solutions aligned with our enterprise objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the execution of projects focused on Data Science, Data Integration, Data Warehousing, AI, and ML.
- Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to establish milestones, success metrics, and scalable solutions.
- Manage the delivery of large-scale programs, proactively identifying and resolving risks and issues.
- Provide strategic direction, present to senior leadership, and hold engineering teams accountable for meeting delivery goals.
- Facilitate effective written communications and engage in meetings with senior executives.
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to align priorities and make critical decisions that drive successful outcomes.
- Maintain transparent and timely program communications with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of program management experience in the realms of Data and AI/ML.
- Demonstrated track record in technical program management, including data integration, data warehousing, AI/ML technologies, and data quality/governance.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing technology solutions across various technology stacks.
- Prior experience in general or strategic management consulting is advantageous.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to foster collaboration and influence others.
- Proficiency in both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with project governance tools, planning software, and the ability to effectively manage large-scale program initiatives.
- Display a determined and proactive approach to achieving goals.
