Job Title: Vehicle Mechanic

Salary Range: £39,000 to £44,000 (Depending on Qualifications and Experience + £2,000 joining fee plus Bonus

Our client, an independent dealer group with a network of 61 dealership sites in the UK and Channel Islands, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Mechanic to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer care by providing technical expertise, conducting vehicle inspections, diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and carrying out repairs in accordance with our client's approved technical procedures. Safety and compliance with legislative and corporate standards will be of utmost importance.
Responsibilities:

Maintain the highest standards of customer care and satisfaction.

Provide technical advice, perform vehicle inspections, and diagnose issues accurately.

Execute maintenance and repair work to ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition.

Adhere to our client's approved technical procedures and guidelines.

Uphold strict safety standards and comply with all legislative and corporate requirements.
Requirements:
Fully qualified with a City & Guilds Level 2 or 3, NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification, or equivalent.

Proficient in managing processes, administration, and paperwork.

Commitment to delivering high standards of technical advice, service, and maintenance.

Hold a valid driving license for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.

Proof of the right to work in the UK.
