The primary focus of this role will be to support the college grow its new relationship with DWP and local employers as part of a new and exciting non-core income stream, ReStart. Through a target driven environment Coleg Sir Gar and Coleg Cerdigion will be at the heart of developing new skills for those seeking work as well as supporting employers to grow and recruit. This role will have a positive impact on unemployment levels in a post-covid Ceredigion. As part of this role you will be expected to engage with stakeholders and employers at all levels ranging from unemployed candidate to SMEs and large organisations within the private and public sector. You will be required to have an extensive knowledge and understanding of supporting unemployed candidates back into work, both in terms of preparing for the application process but also to support in building confidence and resilience.

Trwy amgylchedd sy'n cael ei yrru gan dargedau bydd Coleg Sir Gâr a Choleg Ceredigion wrth wraidd datblygu sgiliau newydd ar gyfer y rheiny sy’n ceisio gwaith yn ogystal â chefnogi cyflogwyr i dyfu a recriwtio. Bydd y rôl hon yn cael effaith gadarnhaol ar lefelau diweithdra yng Ngheredigion ôl-covid. Fel rhan o’r rôl hon disgwylir i chi ymgysylltu â budd-ddeiliaid a chyflogwyr ar bob lefel gan amrywio o ymgeisydd di-waith i Fusnesau Bach a Chanolig (SME) a sefydliadau mawr yn y sectorau preifat a chyhoeddus. Bydd gofyn i chi feddu ar wybodaeth a dealltwriaeth eang o gefnogi ymgeiswyr di-waith yn ôl i waith, a hynny o ran paratoi ar gyfer y broses ymgeisio ond hefyd cefnogi i feithrin hyder a gwytnwch.
