Spa Attendant - Aim of the role
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the Spa.
Spa Attendant - Responsibilities:
- To take pride in checking changing room areas and swimming pool for cleanliness every 30 minutes.
- To take pride in maintaining the cleanliness of all fitness equipment understanding teamwork and flexibility.
- To report any maintenance faults to the Spa Manager.
- To respectfully assist guests and members with any queries where ever possible and referring to a Senior Manager if required.
- To take ownership of pool testing and look after and monitor pool water records and file appropriately.
- To always keep the plant room safe, tidy and hazard free
Spa Attendant - About You:
- Experience in providing high standards of face to face customer service
- You will have a keen eye for detail, organisational skills and will be well presented
