Salary: up to £35,000 depending on experience
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: any 5 from 7 Rotational 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- To manage the performance of an allocated warehouse department to consistently meet the requirements of the Client, in line with the agreed service strategy to their network
- To manage all departmental warehouse activities to ensure that budgetary/financial KPIs, and legislative/procedural and contractual commitments are met
- To assist in developing a culture of continuous improvement to drive best-in-class activity and operational excellence
- To assist in actively managing the Client relationship in line with the site strategy

- People management experience in a high volume service driven operation.
- Excellent team building, leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to communicate in an open and honest manner with the team
- Commitment, enthusiasm and flexibility to work various shift patterns which are able to respond to seasonal customer demand
