VISA Sponsorship registered company needs final year student / internship! Successful candidate leading to full-time employment including VISA sponsorship - Sales/Operations Marketing intern - needed for central London accommodation provider located in Covent Garden - Commencing ASAP!!

Role:
This is a role suitable only for someone very well-organised, structural and with a passion for customer service and generally an efficient, economical approach. Must be very flexible, available and “hands-on” attitude! All stages of the business and its work must be covered and access will be given. Duties include organising and dealing reservations, check-in/out management (mostly in person), cleaner schedule and partial housekeeping/apartment detailing our properties for arrivals. General property management - flat preparations as well as newly acquired apartments set up. All in cooperation with regular handyman/contractor visits.
Another day to day operations would involve: [during and partially out of office hours,] Taking and processing bookings online and by phone. Late arrivals management (partial self-check-in system) and emergency call-out operations.
The ideal candidate will be “Hands-On”, strongly Organised & Focused, Efficient, Enthusiastic, Conscientious, Solutions and sales orientated, an Eye for Detail. Must be able to communicate in very good English, show initiative and work on guidance by a senior team member.
A "can-do attitude" is essential and nothing should ever be too much trouble to do for our guests/tenants or for each other within the team/company.
Must be:
Good in sales, Trustworthy, Reliable, Positive, Hardworking, Structural, Analytical, well Focused and Organised, Multilingual (at least one other language), Self-Motivated, IT Literate (Excel & Word), Good Communicator and having previous experience working hard/elsewhere whilst successfully studying.
Helpful skills:
Experience within either: Hotel, serviced apartment or tourism industries. Command of several languages, lateral and innovative thinker.
Internship:
Starting immediately. The position includes:
- training will be provided by industry experts
- ongoing support and development within the field with training to industry standards
- min 9-month internship with the opportunity to a full-time position after initial 12 months
For prospective international candidates might be VISA Sponsorship support after PSW period.
