Apricot is a brand-new eatery opening May 2023, looking to build an enthusiastic, customer focused and all-round amazing team.
A beautiful blend of breakfast & lunch, brunch, will be served all day! From classic egg dishes, pancakes & smoothie bowls to loaded flatbreads, cocktails, coffees & more. Of course, we are keeping it local, sustainable & vegan/veggie friendly.

This is a great opportunity for a Commis Chef to join this vibrant place and cook some really good dishes.
Working with completely fresh produce, the Commis Chef will be a key member of the kitchen team.

I am seeking a strong Breakfast Chef to work closely with the Head Chef and Sous chefs in a fast paced, fresh food establishment working 5/7 days per week.
Job Types: Full-time/ Part-time, Permanent
Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
- Recording food temperatures

· Holiday entitlement – 28 days per year inclusive of bank holidays (pro-rata). The holiday year runs from January to December. This will rise by one additional day for each year of service. Capped at an extra 5 days (33 days in total)
