Level 4 Aesthetician
Position: Full-time*
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years
Salary: £30,000 pro rata, plus bonuses
Hours: 9am-6pm
Holiday allowance: 28 days per year, plus your birthday

La Fuente Clinic, a leading aesthetic clinic located in Southam, Warwickshire, is seeking a skilled and experienced Level 4 Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. As a Level 4 Aesthetician at La Fuente Clinic, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art clinic environment that offers a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including skin rejuvenation, body contouring and laser hair removal.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
As a Level 4 Aesthetician at La Fuente Clinic, you will be responsible for providing advanced aesthetic treatments to our clients. Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:
Performing advanced skincare treatments, including chemical peels, microneedling and injectables.
Conducting body contouring treatments using advanced technologies such as radiofrequency, ultrasound and cryolipolysis.
Performing laser hair removal treatments using advanced laser systems.
Administering injectable treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers.
Conducting consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic concerns, provide personalised treatment plans and educate them about the benefits and risks of different treatments.
Providing pre and post-treatment care and instructions to clients.
Maintaining accurate and thorough client records, including treatment notes, consent forms and post-treatment care instructions.
Ensuring compliance with clinic protocols, safety regulations and infection control measures.
Participating in ongoing training and professional development programmes to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in aesthetics.
Providing excellent customer service by building a rapport with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
Collaborating with other team members to achieve clinic goals and maintain a positive working environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be considered for the role of Level 4 Aesthetician at La Fuente Clinic, you should meet the following qualifications and requirements:
Hold a Level 4 qualification in Aesthetics.
A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
Possess strong knowledge of advanced skincare procedures, body contouring and laser treatments.
Ability to perform injectable treatments.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong commitment to safety, infection control and adherence to clinic protocols.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development programmes.
Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
