We are delighted to be recruiting for Travel Sales Consultants to join our customer-focussed sales centre in Leyland.
In this role you will be taking inbound calls from travel agents, matching their requirements to ensure their customers’ have the perfect holiday. You will use your customer service skills and travel knowledge to suggest products and upgrades that will enhance the customers’ holiday experience. Our Sales Centre is well-known for providing exceptional customer service, so we need exceptional people who can build relationships with our agents to guarantee repeat business and continue to provide the personal service we are known for.
Hours 37.5 hours per week over 5 days Monday-Saturday. Our next induction starts on the 17th of July 2023.
In order to be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills and experience:
- Customer service and/or sales experience ideally in a contact centre or travel environment
- A passion for travel, ideally having travelled outside Europe
- IT literate
- Attention to detail
- Target driven
