SALARY
- Basic salary of £21,673
- Uncapped Bonus scheme
- Average earners make £300- £400 per month increasing your salary to £24,000
- Top earners make £400- £800 per month increasing your salary to £28,000
- As it is uncapped you could earn even more
The Role as a Call Consultant will include
- As a Call Centre Agent you will be calling existing customers to discuss renewals or upgrade their contract with the client
- Providing general customer support
- As a Call Centre Agent, you will be speaking to customers about their current packages and trying to upsell and secure their contract renewal

- Experience in retail, sales or customer service
- have the ability to handle rejection and remain resilient throughout the day
- You must be able to deliver a top-quality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer
- The ability to hold conversation will people of all ages and backgrounds and can easily build rapport with customers

Salary: £21,673.00-£32,000.00 per year

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
