What you will do as a Andaz Host/ess
As a Front Office Receptionist you play a key role in creating a meaningful and memorable Andaz experience to our guests. Some key tasks include but are not limited to:
Enabling a smooth arrival and departure experience including providing a detailed room orientation and assistance with delivering luggage
Ensuring that all guests have the appropriate credit facilities established; and handling cash transactions and billing
Assisting with guest requests throughout their stay and handling guest complaints
Maximising revenue opportunities through up selling
Providing extensive knowledge of the available Hotel services and facilities, as well as information and assistance regarding the surrounding areas of the Hotel
About you
A motivated and engaged Hotel Receptionist with similar experience in 5* Hotels or premium restaurants
Can-do attitude and willing to take on new challenges
Passionate young professional who continuously looks for ways to enhance the guest experience and exceed their expectations
