Pay Rates and Shift Patterns ( Monday to Friday )
ROTATING Shifts AM/PM or Nights – 37.5 hours per week
(6-2, 2-10, 10-6)
Pay:

£11.97 (Days/afternoons rotating) – Mon-Fri
-
£12.85 Nights – Mon – Fri
OT (After 37.5 hrs) - Saturday time and 1/2
OT - Sunday and bank holiday - double time

Day to Day Duties
Assisting in the assembly and production of advanced materials.- Working to achievable daily targets
- Trained in various jobs
- Quality checking of products
- Stacking, packing and palletising of finished products
- Cleaning down manufactured products
- Cutting materials for operators.
- A good eye for detail and the ability to work under your own initiative (following training ) is key.
Essential Skills
English level must be communicative.- Good level of reading and writing.
- Flexibility on working hours
Desirable Experience
Previous experience in a factory environment is not required, but desirable.- Previous experience of working in production, assembly or warehouse environment
What training is provided?
You will work with dedicated production team who will provide you with training on your first week of work and provide ongoing support thereafter
