Basic £20,000+ OTE £27,000

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be the face of the company and be responsible for enhancing our buyer's and vendors' journey by offering knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient customer service, with an overall target of making every home move amazing!
Working closely with and reporting to the Senior Property Partner/Area Director (dependent on area size), you will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with both vendors and buyers, whist managing client expectations and providing a knowledgeable service.
A successful Negotiator will utilise data and technology to showcase our customers’ most valuable assets, whilst maximising opportunities to sell the full range of products and services,
Your responsibilities will be to carry out viewings, open houses and sell ancillary products, whilst upholding the principles and cultures of the company. You will follow up with potential buyers after viewings and take them through the offer process, manage customer relationships and customer contact post-instruction as well as identifying and converting property buyers to sellers.

- An interest in the local property markets and market trends
- UK clean driving license
