This is an exciting opportunity to join the Dunkin' family, as we continue our ever-growing expansion throughout the UK.
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager who can support the opening and running our new store in Birmingham New Street.
About the role
Our Mr Happy donut represents what we look for in people, a bright smile on faces and looking to make people happy. Full training is offered to help deliver our amazing steps to service in providing quality beverage and bakery products. As an Assistant Store Manager you will look to support the Store Manager in optimising the 4C’s;

What we’re looking for
Our Mr Happy donut represents what we are looking for – people who are FILLED with positivity and DECORATED with a smile!
We are looking for someone who can support a store manager to lead a team to deliver a high level of guest experience for our customers. You will be able to plan and organise effectively to drive sales, develop the store’s culture, and deliver your targets.
Full training will be provided for the successful candidate but someone who is passionate about our brand is a must and previous experience of leading a team is preferable.
Previous experience of leading a team is desirable.
