Delivery Coordinator
Are you an experienced administrator and good at coordinating deliveries? If so, then check out this fantastic opportunity to join a friendly engineering company located in Havant as a delivery coordinator.
You could join an experienced team to help coordinate sales orders from inception through to delivery. Utilising your experience, you will manage various accounts and process all incoming orders. Once an order has been received you will use the in-house system to enter the order and then organise the appropriate freight forwarder whilst keeping the customer up to date with progress.
Duties:
- Processing sales orders
- Liaise with delivery companies
- Provide progress reports
- Updating records
If you have strong administrative skills and exposure to managing delivery schedules, then you could be offered an immediate start. As a delivery coordinator, you will have exposure to the marine industry, therefore any experience within engineering administration will help you understand the engineering terminology when processing sales orders.
