Birch Tree Manor in Wirral is a sixty-two bed residential care facility that takes on requirements for respite and nursing care, as well as welcoming dementia sufferers.

Responsibilities as a senior care assistant are to plan, implement and supervise the provision of quality care in conjunction with Service Users. To ensure Service Users retain their dignity and individuality and to be involved in the general activities of the Care Centre. Duties also include maintaining a safe and secure environment for Service Users, Staff Members and Visitors.
Medication administration a requirement
NVQ3 prefered
