Job purpose:
With a fleet of 600+ vehicles, the Fleet dept. are responsible for maintaining our fleet to keep our drivers safe and to protect QubeGB financially. This role supports the fleet function -

As a point of contact for engineers

Undertaking administrative tasks as outlined below

Liaison with suppliers for maintenance/repairs on our fleet

Manage vehicles within the Stevenage facility

Key responsibilities:
Manage all vehicles at Stevenage Office
Organise any required maintenance and control costs
Responsibility for managing vehicle parking on site and company parking spaces to avoid any fines or penalties
Manage repair networks in Stevenage area to maximise repair and downtime.
Assist with driver inductions and training
Answering emails from engineers and suppliers
Undertaking investigative work as needed – such as follow up on engineer van check reports or doing post-accident reviews.
Organising vehicle maintenance e.g. mileage uploads, arrange bookings for repair/maintenance
Blocking time off engineers’ calendars in FSL for fleet appointments
Ensuring engineers can access Pay-as-you-go parking, toll bridges and congestion zones
Answering fleet calls
Liaising with engineers for status updates as needed for example audit information and mileage
Other admin tasks to cover absence or to help the team
