THE ROLE
As ‘Sales & Marketing Manager’ you’ll be on the front line, driving revenue by selling all aspects of the hotel within the local and national marketplace.
Working closely with the Hotel Revenue Manager and General Manager you will nurture and develop opportunities in the local markets, building key relationships with existing and new businesses across all segments.
You will utilise sales and marketing tactics effectively to drive demand during key periods and undertake targeted sales and marketing activity. You will be focusing on the following segments – corporates, groups and meeting and events.
You’ll be a passionate experienced Sales & Marketing Manager driven to exceed your commercial goals. You’ll will act as a brand/hotel ambassador, promoting the hotel and its values to existing and potential clients.
You will be responsible for the Sales & Marketing plan for your property supported by Area Sales Directors and a central team.
Local market knowledge is key.
