Key Responsibilities in this role:
- Processing of direct cost invoices. This involves checking invoices to the system, posting them to our accounting system, and authorising for payment.
- Providing updates to suppliers on the status of their account when requested
- Assistance with the Purchase Ledger inbox process.
- Provide support with coverage of the payment runs.
- Processing of client refunds.
- Ensuring that appropriate accounting processes, systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained.
- Assisting the Management Accountant and Finance Manager with ad hoc tasks.
Person Specifications:
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Adaptable to a changing environment.
- Good written communication skills.
