The Priory Learning Trust is looking to recruit a Student Wellbeing and Support Co-ordinator to work at Worle Community School – An Academy. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic person to support specific, key students to enable them to access all school experiences and opportunities. The main purpose of this role is to support Looked After Children within our setting through mentoring and ensuring that all appropriate provision is accessible to them. This is the ideal role for someone who really wants to have a positive impact on the lives of children and young people.

What you will do:
- Support LAC students by removing barriers to learning.
- Support the implementation of the Thrive provision across our school.
- Communicate with staff, students, external agencies and parents/carers to support Looked After Children.
- Work closely with the Safeguarding Leads in our academy so students can access the correct support at the correct time.

This role involves working with children on a daily basis and is therefore in regulated activity.
