You will be responsible for delivering 5-star service by taking pride in everything they are doing while looking after all of our guests needs. This includes mise-en-place of trolleys that will be delivered to guestrooms, delivering guest orders and requests, as well as understanding and getting to know our new guests and regular guests needs all this is to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
