Job Description
Duties include:
- Assist on the front desk by answering phones and booking appointments.
- Greet guests and provide them with refreshments.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests throughout their time in the salon/spa and be attentive to their needs.
- Prepare guests for treatment.
- Shampoo guests hair, applying conditioning treatment and toner/gloss.
- Carry out express dry finish for some guests.
- Keep the salon clean and tidy, clean areas when required.
- Assist Stylists as required, this could be combing hair, fetching them what they need or assisting with patch testing for colour services.
- Use initiative and carry out tasks to a high standard. Help other team members where required.
- Attend service and product training as required.
- Provide information about retail products to guests to sell products.
- Present and reinforce a professional appearance always, in accordance with the dress code standards and salon etiquette.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: From £10.42 per hour
