Cartier - Client Service Associate (Aftersales), Old Bond Street

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- You will be responsible for welcoming each client, offering a personalized interaction
- You will understand the client request and identify appropriate solutions
- You will explain, in client-friendly language, technical explanations of services
- You will regularly liaises with workshop coordinators in order to find solutions to client issues
- You will monitor the Client Service orders and sales accessories linked with service
- You will knows and respects the repair flow: clients and creation data registration, estimates communication and approval, follow up, billing, stock process, payment collection
- You will ensure thorough client data capturing
- You will identify appropriate service recommendation for each client by advising clients on suggested service and product sales
- You will assist with maintenance of vault, filing, inventory, and general organization of supplies
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- You will have previous relevant experience of client service experience in luxury brand
- Fluent English, second language appreciated. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Client-focused, business acumen, strong solution driver
- Team player with a professional appearance & attitude
- Proactive and positive attitude towards colleagues and clients
- Ideally knowledgeable about Watchmaking and Jewellery techniques, with previous experience in sales
- Interpersonal skills, empathy, self-confidence, integrity, emotional control, stress resistance, commitment, discernment
