We are looking for an experienced International Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies - from concept to execution - to reach international markets. S/he should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and local market teams, to ensure the company's presence is aligned with the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the company's international markets, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels
- Collaborate with local market teams to understand their unique needs and tailor the marketing strategy accordingly
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and incorporate them into the company's overall strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on international markets
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics
- Experience with data analysis and performance tracking tools
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
- Experience with international market is a plus.
This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, in collaboration with the senior executive team and parent organisation.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving marketing success in international markets, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. It is important that the individual is up-to-date with the latest trends technologies so they can incorporate them into the company's strategy when necessary.
This is a remote based position with occasional travel to the London office and other subsidiaries as needed.

Salary: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
