We have an exciting opportunity to join the IT Team on a 1-year internship placement in the role of Business Analyst.
The Business Analyst (BA) role works as the vital link between stakeholders, supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of projects and change initiatives. The BA will work closely with stakeholders to identify goals, develop best practices for requirements elicitation, data collection, and analyse ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ processes to determine what can be improved to achieve their desired outcome
The role has seven principle accountability areas: End -to-end business analysis, Business process improvement, Business process testing, Methods and tools, Requirements definition and management, Stakeholder relationship management and Testing.
The role will be supported by the business partnering team on a day to day basis.

You will need to show that you have an interest in a career in Business Analysis and be working towards a Degree in relevant field such as IT/Computing or Business.

Sense of urgency and discipline in operation. We operate in a fast paced environment, taking action while meeting needed requirements is key.
Must have very good use of Microsoft office; Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
