We are looking for a compassionate and engaging Care Worker/Nurses who has the ability to form a close bond with clients. The ideal candidate will be happy to work with adults, young people and adolescents who need care and support every day. Our Care Workers are responsible for carrying out individual care plans, making sure that all needs are met and maintaining a social environment, which makes our clients feel safe in their home or safe environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist persons with practical tasks and personal care.
- Monitor, record, and communicate changes in patient's condition and respond as appropriate to the needs of the patient and family.
- Understand the care needs of patients.
- Be caring and compassionate toward children and their caretakers.
- Adhere to the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and other governmental regulations.
- Demonstrate proper infection control measures.
Job Type: Temporary contract
Salary: £20.00-£36.00 per hour
