Billy-Bob’s is hiring, and this is not your average job! We aren't going to waffle on about this too much but we need a flipping great Pancake House Chef! Our authentic American diner is looking for a full time permanent Pancake chef to join the crew.
Working in our pancake house you will be whisking up fresh, fluffy, buttermilk pancake's, waffles and ice cream sundaes. In this unique role you will be working with both the front of house team & kitchen crew, were looking for immaculate standards and presentation. Prior experience is not necessary as training will be provided but a drive to succeed is a must!

Key responsibilities
- Preparation of hot and cold food at pace to set specification and consistent quality
- Providing excellent service to FOH so they can deliver the best experience to our customers
- Communication in this role is a must! Keeping the kitchen crew and the FOH team updated on ticket times.
Keeping sections well stocked and replenished as required
