Job Description:
Coyote Ugly Saloon Bar is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the bar, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and manage the day-to-day operations of the establishment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively
Train, develop and manage a team of bar staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable, motivated and delivering exceptional customer service
Manage inventory levels and ordering supplies, including beverages, food, and bar equipment
Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the bar and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Manage cash handling and banking procedures
Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy bar or restaurant environmentor late night bar/club
Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Knowledge of bar operations, inventory management, and cash handling procedures
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service

Salary: £28,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
