Job Description

ASSISTANT MANAGER - FTC

Location: Primark Leicester Fosse Park
Salary: £42,242 + bonus + medical cover (with 31 days annual leave & pension)
Contract: Full-Time 6 month FTC, 5 days out of 7

The role

As Assistant Manager, you’ll lead the store team in creating an impactful store environment and superior customer experience that drives commercial performance. You’ll be calling upon all your skills to deliver continuous improvement through your management team, creating a high performing team that is committed to the customer and a store that is a great place to work.

As Assistant Manager you need to be forward thinking and strategic in order to maximise all opportunities as they arise.

About you

This is an excellent challenge for an experienced retail leader with a proven background of delivering through others. The managers and colleagues you’ll guide are ready for development and hungry for knowledge.
