We have a rare, exciting opportunity for a highly skilled, focused Warehouse Coordinator to work within our Wine and Decorative Arts facility in West London. We’re looking for a self motivated team player to work with and support the Warehouse Supervisor and fulfil supervisory tasks when required. This will involve aligned communication with the other Crozier facilities in close proximity to the West London facility. This is a diverse role where no day will be the same and will require someone from an operational background with the ability to forge strong relationships with clients and continue building something special and sustainable within the fine wine auction and logistics sector.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

• To manage and support all visits by Client Specialists and wider operations teams. Build relationships both internally and externally.
• Attend scheduled and structured meetings and account reviews and chair in the absence of the Supervisor. Maintain SOP’s, KPI’s in line with business requirements and report to both Crozier and client management teams.
• Hands on processing of all property entering and leaving the warehouse, as well as entering on to inventory systems. This could be anything from a bottle of wine to a large sculpture so you will need to have an eye for detail and be able to adapt your approach as necessary.
• Ensure the seamless flow of activity during busy periods. This will include organisation of stock, communicating with shippers and clients to ensure a seamless end to end service and total customer satisfaction..
• Communicate and work closely with the wider Crozier business to ensure compliance with under bond stock, HMRC reporting and resource requirements. Maintain all aspects of Safety & Security at all times.
• Able to work under pressure fulfilling multiple deadlines simultaneously, with a high degree of organisation with ability to multitask, prioritise, and follow up promptly with multiple parties.
• Able to adapt and work in other locations, including at our clients premises when required.

SKILLS

• Interest or experience in fine wine would be very advantageous
• Self motivated and use your own initiative.
• Highly Organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong IT Skills (G Suite, Inventory Management advantageous).
• Experience of working in bonded warehouse environment and using inventory management systems.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including fluent spoken and written English.
• Desire to learn and take on new challenges.
• FLT Licence or willing to learn and obtain.
