A well-established specialist Drylining contractor with an excellent reputation and repeat client base throughout the South East, seeking to appoint an experienced Estimator to their team. The business offers a diverse range of services which includes Dry Lining, Partitioning, Suspended Ceilings, Plastering, Steel Framing Systems (SFS), Screeding and External Renders. Projects range from £50,000 - £5m in value with experience in Residential, Education, Healthcare, Commercial and Industrial sectors.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an Estimator to join a stable business with an established client base throughout the South East. The Estimator position offers the opportunity to get involved in a wide variety of projects across different sectors and levels of complexity. The Estimator will be responsible for pricing accurate tenders for Dry Lining, Partitioning, Suspended Ceilings, Plastering and SFS packages. Past experience with a specialist sub-contractor within these areas would be beneficial for the role as the Estimator will be required to hit the ground running in a busy office environment. Qualifications & Experience
5+ years Estimating experience with a specialist sub-contractor (Dry Lining, Partitioning, Suspended Ceilings, Plastering, Steel Framing Systems (SFS) is essential.
A background on the tools as a Dryliner or Ceiling Fixer would be of interest but not essential.
Full Driving License required.
