Seven Springs Education, a branch of Nebula Group Limited, is an online tuition and e-learning provider specialising in providing targeted learning solutions to improve academic outcomes, expand learning toolkits, and close attainment gaps. Our international team has over 20 years of experience providing tuition and e-learning services to thousands of students, including many with English as an Additional Language (EAL), SEND needs, significant attainment gaps and those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Role description:

This is a great opportunity for a sales and marketing professional with 2+ years of experience looking to take greater ownership over strategy and campaigns.

We are seeking someone who can fit in with our friendly team and work with the Programme Manager & Partnerships Lead to increase brand awareness and drive sales by designing and implementing targeted sales and marketing strategies. You will be a proactive problem solver and a team-player who is excited by the flexibility and autonomy remote working provides.

Skills & Experience

Business or marketing related bachelors or masters degree. (Desirable)

2-3 years’ experience in sales and/or digital marketing e.g. lead generation and follow through, planning and executing marketing campaigns. (Flexibility in this requirement for those with a strong background in the education sector.) (Essential)

Demonstrable track record of sales, with evidence of helping to win and grow accounts. (Essential)

Confident holding meetings with partners and prospects and preparing presentations. (Essential)

Up-to-date knowledge of current marketing trends along with experience using a CRM system, managing campaigns, social media platforms and eMarketing. (Essential)

Professional experience in the education sector e.g. B2B marketing to schools, education administration, teaching experience (particularly English as an Additional Language related experience). (Desirable)

Creation of video content and graphics for website and social channels. (Desirable)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Essential)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office & G Suite (i.e. Google Drive). (Essential)

Ability to multi-task and to cope well with short deadlines. (Essential)

Excellent time management and organisation skills. (Essential)

Enthusiastic and positive with a passion for digital marketing and interest in education/e-learning sector. (Essential)

DBS Check Not Required

This role involves meeting with school representatives remotely (i.e. does not involve engaging in regulated activity relevant to children), and therefore does not require applicants to undergo a DBS check. If future developments require face-to-face school visits, additional background checks would be discussed before any changes were made to the role.
