We have an exciting opportunity to join #TeamEMR as a Customer Welcome Host based at our Northants stations, which include Kettering, Wellingborough and Corby.
This is a part time role working 22.5 hours a week. You will work around a 8 person roster, covering mornings, evenings and weekends.
Customer Welcome Hosts can often be the first point of contact for customers and provide them with help and information. In this role you will be the face of EMR at the station and we are looking for candidates with positive energy, a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic to join our fantastic team in Northants!
What will your duties as a Customer Welcome Host include?

Greeting customers at the gatelines and directing them to where they're going

Checking customer train tickets as they pass through the gate

Delivering outstanding levels of service to our customers at all times

Providing customers with advice and guidance as necessary

Supporting on the platform when required to assist passengers
As a Customer Welcome Host, you will be required to work shifts, including some evenings and weekends. Offers made to successful candidates are also subject to satisfactory completion of a medical assessment, including drugs and alcohol screening.

Previous experience within a customer facing role would be advantageous but is not essential. We are looking for hard working and customer focused people to join our team. Training will be provided to the successful candidates.
