We are a family-run Australian business that operates food and beverage outlets at airports, creating exceptional experiences for all our customers. Our newest site, at Luton Airport, is currently looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join us in our most exciting new venture.
Our newest site, opening in January 2023, will be an exciting new concept - delivering a top quality, speciality, Italian menu which you will be key to successfully delivering.
People are at the heart of what we do, and our staff are central to the success of our restaurants. You will be a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic team player, passionate about food and beverages and dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience.
You will be required to work shifts, so a flexible approach is essential along with a can-do attitude. Shifts may include an early morning start (e.g 2 am) or a late finish (e.g 11.30 pm).
About the role
To ensure that our consistently high level of service is enjoyed by our customers at all times and in line with our policies and procedures. To deliver an outstanding restaurant bar experience and to work effectively with the back of house team to provide first class service with particular attention to hospitality and the promotion of sales.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Qualifications
· Trained barista - desirable but not esssential.
Relevant experience
· Significant previous bar experience is essential
· Familiar with health and safety/food standard requirements
· Familiar with an airport-based hospitality setting - preferred but not essential
· Proven ability to generate sales in a hospitality setting.
Knowledge, skills and abilities
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to follow a process and maintain high levels of service delivery under pressure
· Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues
· Demonstrable knowledge of food and beverages
· Well-developed customer service skills
· Ability to effectively handle customer complaints.

Please note: Alongside the need to evidence their right to work in the UK, any successful candidate will be required to obtain an Airport Security ID Pass in order to access the site. The application process for which includes a current valid passport along with a criminal record check together with 5 years personal/employment referencing. It is essential that you are able to meet this requirement.

Salary
£10.75 per hour plus the following benefits:
