Job Title: Junior Sales Consultant
Salary: £22,000 - £35,000
Location: Luton (100% Office Based)

About the Role:
As the Bionic Group grows, so do our sales departments – we are looking for self-driven, and highly motivated Junior Sales Consultants. You will be responsible for gathering information to understand our customer’s energy & connectivity needs – determining how to help them reduce their business costs.

Established in 2007, you will be joining a growing business of 600+ colleagues, passionate about helping as many customers as possible save time and money.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers across the UK - making on average 200+ calls per day.
- Establishing customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Acting as the customer’s account executive or account manager.
- Creating relationships with our customers, giving them a world class service.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI's.
Requirements
The Team
Our Junior Sales Consultants sit within our lead generation team and are pivotal to the success of Bionic. By being the first point of contact for our customer’s journey, they ensure they deliver on the world-class human service that Bionic is known for.

- No sales experience necessary: Bionic dedicates it’s time to training you from the moment your journey starts with us.
- Outstanding Communication Skills: This is key when building relationships with your customers, ensuring they receive a world-class experience every time
- Resilience: You may not meet your targets every day, but it’s how you react to those hurdles that sets you apart.
- Passion for Sales: You thrive in a target-driven role and enjoy the challenge of meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Thinking on your feet and reacting to the fast-paced nature of the sales industry is crucial.
