EPIT Group provides specialist training and assessment services for engineers working in hazardous and industrial environments, at our custom built training facility in Blackburn, Aberdeenshire. We have an exciting new opportunity for a Trainee Office Administrator. Full training will be provided.
The job:
- Answering telephone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Organising all training materials
- Training room and catering preparation
- Assisting with administrative duties
The person:
- Excellent customer service
- Some office experience would be advantageous
- Computer literate with experience using Microsoft office, Excel and Outlook
- Punctual and reliable
- Attention to detail
Contract Type: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week (8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday)
Pay: National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage as applicable
Location: Explosion Protection International Training (EPIT), Blackburn Industrial Estate, Aberdeen, AB21 0RX.
