Day to day responsibilities may include:
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
- Greeting visitors as and when necessary
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events
- Filing and archiving
- Updating computer records using a database
- Printing and photocopying
- Maintaining office systems
- Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR and other general admin tasks
Intern Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills
- IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of programmes including email, word processors, presentations and spreadsheets
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively
- Customer service skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
- Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
- Strong command of English

Remuneration: £ 300 (Travel & Lunch Expenses)
