Rinicom Ltd is an award-winning SME based in the centre of Lancaster, specialising in advanced wireless communications and video processing across the rail, maritime, security and defence sectors. In addition to our commercial work, we have a strong focus on R&D and innovation.
We’re currently recruiting for an Office Assistant to support our finance, engineering and sales teams. The role is Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day.

- IT literate (MS office)
- Knowledge of finance systems (Sage)
- Ability to handle a varied role
Key Responsibilities
- General administration
- Support with finance and purchasing – raising purchase orders and quotations; dealing with credit card transactions, petty cash, and expenses; manage staff holiday system
- Responsible for shipping process, following import and export procedures
- Project support with communications, document control, purchasing, and claims for payment
- Support with operational improvements and enforcing company policies and procedures within the office
- Support with audits
- Manage items on loan from clients, following temporary import procedures where necessary Maintain a safe and secure working environment by managing Health and Safety
- Maintain files and documentation in accordance with company guidelines
- Meeting preparation
- Answer telephone queries
Training will be given where needed.
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
