Job Description
We are looking for new part-time team members for our our restaurant in Harpenden. Lussmanns is a sustainable local restaurant group already in Berkhamsted, Hitchin, Hertford and St Albans.
Great rates of pay, with 50% of all tips going to waiters and 50% is shared between management and back of house staff. Average for waiting staff across the company is £18 per hour. Applicants must be over 18 for alcohol licensing and hospitality experience is desirable.

Responsibilities include:
Guest door to table service, drinks and food knowledge, till usage, food running and clearing, taking and organising bookings.
You’ll also need to:
have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
be passionate about good food and great service.
