Right now, we are looking for new Purchasing Managers to help us meet increased demand.
This role will be based at either JCB World Headquarters, or a local Staffordshire based satellite site.

Role overview
You will be responsible for a team who will manage a global supplier base and negotiate the purchase of components at the lowest possible cost so that we can meet budgeting targets for new JCB machines.
- Lead effective supplier engagement
- Asses risk and shield us from Supply Chain disruption
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve supplier issues
- Manage teams and resources.
About you
Ideally, you’ll come from a Business or Engineering background and have significant experience of global sourcing within Purchasing in a Manufacturing context. We’re looking for:

- People management skills
- Ability to influence
- Negotiating skills.
