The Burnham Beeches Hotel is located in Burnham, Slough. With easy access from Heathrow this hotel is the ideal choice for every company looking for accommodation or conference rooms. Additionally the hotel has a strong focus on leisure guests, hosting weekend breaks, family functions and weddings. We are looking to recruit an experienced Reception Supervisor to support our Front of House Team.
Duties include:
·To take responsibility for the service standards of the Reception team, to ensure total guest satisfaction.
·To encourage and develop team, to ensure that all legal and company standards are being met.
·To promote and maintain the professional profile of the Reception team.
The ideal candidate for the Reception Supervisor position should:
·Be an excellent team player
·Have great attention to detail
·Have excellent communication skills
·Display a positive and can do attitude at all times
·Work in a hectic environment but have the ability to remain calm
·Display a professional and courteous attitude to our guests
