Could you be a Sense Deputy Manager?
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Deputy Manager to work across two of our fantastic residential services in Leeds.
Bramley Service - supports 4 adults with dual sensory needs and disabilities.
Pudsey Service – supports 3 adults with dual sensory needs and disabilities.
Both services are located in a lovely residential area and are walking distance to nearby shops and around 15 minutes from Leeds City Centre and accessible via public transport.
This is a permanent role , working 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £25,918 per annum .
As a Deputy Care Manager, you will provide a customised, responsive, and high-quality service to people with complex disabilities including sensory impairments. You will be a frontline supervisor, supporting the manager to effectively manage a team of staff to deliver person centred, specialist services.
You will need to have a sound knowledge of person-centred planning, rota planning and staff management/development. We would like to hear from you if you are a committed, flexible, and enthusiastic team player who is able to coach and mentor a team of support workers. You will be IT literate and able to undertake some administration duties. We’re looking for enthusiastic applicants who are:

Knowledge of person-centred planning and health and safety
Experience of supervision and development of staff teams
Have a full manual UK license and must be willing/able to drive our vehicles.
Previous experience in the management of services and understand the legislation and requirements that governs us from CQC.
Knowledge of multi-sensory impairments / learning difficulties is beneficial.

Conduct regular supervisions.
Plan and manage the rota.
Delivering services to KPIs set within the Operational Services
