Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

Delivering excellent customer service whilst ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently

Ensuring records are accurately maintained and scanned

Liaising with logistics team to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction

Completing a variety of administrative tasks

Maximising all revenue opportunities i.e. transport and repair costs
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:

Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer literacy - MS Office/Outlook skills

Knowledge of G42 or other similar hire rental asset management systems is advantageous

Knowledge of the hire industry/construction is advantageous
