WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are eager to launch their career in Estate Agency. As a Sales Associate running your own business within the world’s biggest brand, you will be responsible for working with clients to buy, sell, and rent properties. You will be the main point of contact for clients and will work closely with them to understand their needs and goals. Do not worry, we will guide you and support you during every step to ensure you have the knowledge to be the best!
YOUR ROLE:
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by prospecting for leads and cultivating relationships with potential clients. You will also be responsible for conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and providing guidance to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
No prior real estate experience or formal qualifications are required, as we offer world-class training and support to help you succeed in your new role.
We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualities:

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
