POSITION: RETAIL OPERATIONS ANALYST INTERN
DEPARTMENT: RETAIL
LOCATION: HIGH STREET KENSINGTON, LONDON
REPORTS TO: RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER / DIRECT REPORTS: NONE
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- Liaising between Head Office and the Retail Field Team
- Support the Retail Operations Team in daily tasks and projects to support the field and store based team, reporting and general admin
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce, develop and maintain accurate reporting to track retail and client KPIs to support POS digital transformation
- Manage weekly admin across all digital tools
- Ensure purchase orders and invoices are cleared in a timely manner via SAP, tracking retail spend is in-line with Retail budget
- Produce Weekly Communications to Dior Ambassadors and Field Team
- Prepare and track Dior Ambassadors store based incentives
- Coordinate and assist with booking all retail excursions including hotel, flight and activities bookings
- Liaising with Commercial, Marketing, CRM and Merchandising teams to maximise retail sell out
- Prepare the retail and external meetings, support producing best in class presentations where needed
- Manage Retail Operations stock
- Ad-hoc send outs when requested

- SAP (preferable, not essential)
PROFILE
- Graduate from a Business school with strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills
- Experience in sales and or marketing within the luxury environment would be a distinct advantage but not essential
