Due to our continued growth, and the development of the Displays Division, we are now looking for an experienced Client Account Manager to join us. Working as part of both the Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing a superior customer experience and supporting the growth of the business by providing strategic client direction and managing client expectations, building new and maintaining existing client relationships, as well as ensuring that client services are implemented according to contractual obligations.
The post holder will represent ADI as a key account representative for long term clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, delivery of solutions to expectations and the proactive management of customer expectations and issues.
You will be responsible for maximising all opportunities for the benefit of the business, maintaining a strong awareness of commercial opportunities on offer within the business, and presenting and co-ordinating the provision of value-added services to clients in order to enable account growth.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing and developing client accounts, ideally in the football or other sports industry, as well as demonstrable experience of working with operational teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
You will have excellent relationship management skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain long lasting connections, as well as being professional, confident and self-motivated with a drive and desire to achieve results. The post holder will also ensure they maintain a strong team work ethic with the ability to inspire colleagues and lead by example.

This role is a client facing role and will require some UK travel, as well as attendance at some matchdays which will fall on evenings, weekend and bank holidays.
