Job Description
We are looking for a curious mind to support the team at Agile Rabbit with administration, grants applications, and communications.
The role is part time, working 24 hours a week for a fixed term duration of 1 year in the first instance – but we hope to extend. This is an interesting position for someone who is organised and efficient and has a passion for exploring ideas, possibly in a lateral or creative way.
It is a varied support role, so it is not expected that candidates will be experienced in all areas, but should be in some. As a consequence, a keenness to learn through training and self-directed research is necessary.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Support to the directors with administration
- Finding grants
- Help to curate programming by contacting speakers and supporting them with excellent communication when they have enquiries.
Researching topics and speakers
- Email marketing and updating website posts.
- Approaching festivals and other appropriate organisations to research new locations for Agile Rabbit events
- Increasing awareness of Agile Rabbit within the local, regional and national context
