Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for health care assistants (Band 2) to join the Intermediate Care Team based at East Riding Community Bedded Unit within East Riding Community Hospital. The Intermediate Care service operates across Hull and East Riding providing care for patients requiring rehabilitation either in a community bedded unit or own home.
Successful applicant must be flexible in your approach to practice, have excellent communication skills, be adaptable and be able support the registered nurses to lead and drive forward change ensuring patient safety is maintained at all times.
The post holder will work as a band two health care assistant in the East Riding community hospital Community Bed service. The post holder will be responsible for providing personal care and supporting the rehabilitation of people with complex health needs to enable independence and a safe discharge into the community.
