Job Description

This Executive Assistant role will include the following duties:

• Diary management, managing constant change
• Global business travel planning
• Expenses - Travel & Entertainment. Responsibility for managing & reconciling multi-currency expenses.
• Prompt & confidential liaison
• Professional telephone manner for screening and handling all telephone calls and e-mails both internal and external.
• Taking minutes in company meetings and distributing them to relevant parties
• Business & personal correspondence, project documents
• General support & project management.
• Other duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous Executive Assistant experience
• Have strong diary and travel management experience
• Have experience working within a fast paced and busy environment
• Have good communication
• Have strong attention to detail
• Have a positive attitude
• Be proactive
